Training designing and facilitating Large Scale Intervention processes, 6-8 October, Netherlands (Dutch spoken)

The Dutch fractal of the Society for Organizational Learning offers a training for experienced consultants. You learn how to "cook with the principles of LSI" and you experience parts of Future Search, Open Space, Real Time Strategic Change and World Café. The last day you will design an LSI process for application in your own practice. Leaders of the training are Peter Strobosch and Tonnie van der Zouwen. http://www.solonline.nl for more information and registration

Harrison Owen in the Netherlands: Wave Rider - Leadership for High Performance in a Self Organizing World, 13-15 November 2008, Katwijk aan Zee, Netherlands

The program lasts two and a half days. Each morning, Harrison Owen will offer a presentation with the balance of the day spent in Open Space. The several presentations are offered in the spirit of a multi-part fugue with Harrison’s presentation designed to initiate a conversation in which all participants are equal players drawing upon their own unique knowledge and experience. This is not an Open Space Technology training program. However, since the majority of time will be spent in Open Space the participants will have ample opportunity to experience and understand the approach.

First day: The Meaning of High Performance and Why We Fail to Reach it. Second day: The Gifts of Self Organization as the Way to High Performance. Third day: The Way of the Wave Rider: Creating the conditions for High Performance for Individuals and Organizations.
