The practical guide is now available as a book. This book presents evidence based guidelines for the practice of participative organisational change, in particular with the whole system approach called Large Scale Interventions (LSI). The guide offers an instrument and tools for systematic evaluation of interventions. The construction of the practical guide is presented as an educated, reflective inquiry, offering a synthesis of the field of LSI practice world-wide. - Evaluation Instrument; an extensive table with all the success factors and effects with observable indicators and methods to look for evidence
- Audit Matrix; a table with questions and key persons/places/documents to look for evidence; the questions are derived from the table Evaluation Instrument
- Score Table; a table to score and evaluate the audit results; this is the detailed version comprising all indicators
- Overview Score Table; a chart to provide an overview of the audit results
