You can come to me when you want to collaborate on complex issues, such as healthcare, housing, agriculture, education, energy transition, labour migration, and climate change. My approach is to find out how things can be improved\u00a0with the<\/em>\u00a0people involved rather than\u00a0for<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0about<\/em> them. I do this with action research and work meetings with small and large groups, always<\/span>\u00a0in co-design with a leading group of stakeholders.<\/p>\n

I like to share my experience as the author of books and articles<\/a> on action research, co-creation and Large Scale Interventions. And in practical training courses<\/a> and workshops for teachers, (prospective) professionals and researchers in action research and co-creation of change.<\/p>\n
