Yes! I’m excited to announce that my podcast series, “Creating a Level Playing Field for Collaboration,” is now live on Spotify! Why did I start this project? I noticed that practitioners and researchers often talk about participation and co-creation, but in practice especially the so called ‘target-groups’ cannot participate on a level playing field, in equity and reciprocity. That raised the question ‘How can we make a difference collectively rather than simply inviting people to participate in a project they do not own?
In the podcast series, we discover what works by sharing stories of lived experiences from a diverse group of wise guests—organizers, participants, facilitators, and researchers of participatory projects. By sharing practical examples and wise insights, we aim to contribute to co-creating a world that works for all.
Three episodes have already been published:
- Jane Lewis: Creating an environment where everyone feels successful
- Peggy Holman: Getting the whole system in the room for collective ownership
- Tova Averbuch: Shared Leadership – Challenges and Opportunities
A new episode will be released every two weeks. Listen on Spotify here:
A special thanks to Jane Lewis for her invaluable contribution to bringing this series to life and Peggy Holman for initiating the process of “Co-creating a World that Works for All,” which provided the cradle for this podcast series. I look forward to connecting with you on Spotify!
